Link control: Make it possible to link to the current post when in a query loop

Description

When a block that has an option to add a link is placed inside a query loop, it is not possible to add a link that will lead to the current post in the loop.

If there is an open issue where this is already discussed, please feel free to close this.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

Add or select a query loop block.
Add a paragraph block inside the post template.
Select part of the paragraph text and select the link option in the block toolbar.
Try to add a link that will lead to the current post in the loop.

Add a media & text block inside the post template.
elect the option "Use featured image".
Select the link option in the block toolbar.
Try to make the featured image link to the current post in the loop.
