Issue Overview

The block insertion bar that immediately precedes an image block overlaps the top image resize handles.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. Insert an image block and add an image to it.
  2. Place your mouse cursor over one of the top image resize handles.

Expected Behavior

The complete resize handle should be usable.

Current Behavior

Only the lower portion of the resize handles are usable. The top portion is overlapped by the block insertion bar above the block. Note that the mouse cursor changes to a link instead of a resize cursor (see screenshot below).

Interesting thought: The top left and top right image resize handles are redundant, as they perform the same action as both the bottom handles and the side handle. They could be removed, but that might introduce an unfamiliar visual experience to users.

Both this issue and the one mentioned in your comment have now been fixed, @johnbillion, thanks to #7220 and #7376, respectively. I think this issue can be closed now.
