Background Image Block Support - Add ability to define which orientation the sizing should adhere to

The new background image support that is used by the Group block allows users to define a fixed size. However this fixed size only sets the width of the background image. There is no way to set the height.

It would be great to be able to either choose the orientation on which the size should orient itself. Or maybe add a separate height / width control here.

That's a good idea for an enhancement! I've added it to the tracking issue over in #54336, and I'll just give @ramonjd a soft ping for visibility.

From my perspective, I think in most cases folks won't want to set both width and height at the same time, in that the proportions of the original image will likely want to be maintained rather than be stretched in either direction?
