Description

For example, if I want to copy the navigation and call up the navigation block and then click on the context menu, the options-menu does not appear.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  1. Appearance
  2. Editor
  3. Navigation
  4. Click on selected navigation
  5. Click on Document-Overview
  6. Right Click on Kebap-Menü of Navigation Block

I'm not entirely sure what the intended UI should be. I think allowing the copy action is nice, but also would that be a little bit redundant? What other actions should we put there? The navigation block has contentOnly, and it used to display a lock icon without the dropdown:

IIRC, we don't display lock icons for contentOnly blocks anymore. Should we hide the dropdown button completely, or should we display a set of allowed actions like "Copy"? 🤔
