Describe the bug
The Button block doesn't provide an option to allow you to open the URL in a new Tab/Window

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add Button Block
  2. Enter URL
  3. Try and make it open in a new tab when clicked

Expected behavior
There needs to be an option to allow URL's to be opened in a new Tab/Window

macOS Sierra 10.12.1 (16B2659)
Firefox Quantum 60.0 (64-bit)
WordPress 4.9.6
Gutenberg 2.9.0

Should be fixed by #6786 when it gets merged.

@maddisondesigns as @SuperGeniusZeb has said this will be resolved when all link UI's are unified, let's close for now and focus on that.
