Description

In the Twilight theme variation, section style 5 has a white background color, and accent color 6 #FFFFFF33 that is used as a border for the comment form blocks is not visible. Because the background on the elements is also white, the inputs are not visible.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions
Go to Appearance > Editor > Styles
Enable the Twilight style variation.
Add a group block and apply section style 5
Insert a comments block.
Log out and view the section with the comments.

Expected behavior
Users need to be able to select and use the form fields.

Oh, the border color is added via CSS in theme.json, which means that if the CSS is changed in the twilight variation, it will be affected by this bug and it will not work.

Actually, It did not break. When I switch between the theme variations, the correct color is applied to the comments form, even though I don't use the reset option in between. I don't know that is going on. Gutenberg is not active. I am using 6.7-RC1-59297.
