Snackbar referencing WordPress.com

When I enter a post through the post editor, after a few seconds I find a prompt at the bottom of the screen requesting "Please connect your user account to WordPress.com" with two additional black bars below.

It's probably related to Jetpack modules we are using, but it doesn't seem to be correct.
