Performed some code optimizations, reorganization, and redesign.

If you experience crashing, either:

1. delete ChatBotStore.xml, or
2. in "Built-in Commands" and "Commands" tables, ensure the "Category" field has " " (space) in each row.

Some settings will appear to reset. This is due to renaming some of the settings and how they are stored, and there is no converter.

Please note if you experience any crashing and note the steps to reproduce.

The "Follower Service" mechanism to start the bot has changed. The "Twitch Chat" Bot must first be started before the "Follower Service" can be started. This might (likely) rollback in a future release.

Recommendation - while in the testing and pre-release phase, keep a back up copy of the bot info (client id, access token) and database messages you change or be prepared to delete the database file for newer versions without converters.
