GitHub 是一个结构化得非常好的平台，从 GitHub 上的实体层面看，从宏观到微观大概有这么几类：

宏观：org 层面
中观：仓库层面
微观：协作单元层面（包括 Issue、PR、Discussions 等）
微观：个人页面

补充：我在分层中也基本是这么分类了，里面对更细的事件粒度的引用和引用的相关字段在clickhouse数据库中存储的列名（最终简化为8个主要的事件类型所包含的文本字段）、引用的识别pattern都作了初步定义，附带的测试样例在identify_reference中~
