不同的任务工作流程是不同的,全都耦合一起用一个项目管理反而会很乱 这个我倒是觉得可以有一个整体的项目管理看板,然后通过项目标签来区分项目,其实也是可以的。这样最上层的管理者可以一目了然,可以参考飞书的OKR机制。但是人多了之后,人员的管理需要按照项目成立二级人员管理机制。 其实也就是公司大部门的管理原则,分为人事经理和项目经理。个人想法,供参考
