紧接着“数字课本技术选型与基础设施的搭建”，需要同时制定oss101 数字课本的贡献流程。请 @wj23027 同学来负责这块，需要从用开发者（内容创作者）的用户体验角度来考虑该问题：

参与的老师和同学能够方便的在仓库中进行内容创作与迭代更新
内容能够方便的被 Review 与反馈意见
如需要，可以提前预制各种模板，方便内容贡献者使用（包括内容样式）
内容形式上主要包括文字、图片、以及部分代码，其中图片由于数量较多，需要专门考虑

其它还需要考虑的内容，大家可以随时提出~
