Currently the Pages deployments for the xd.gov site are automatically built and deployed when the master branch of the US Census instance of the repo is updated. Consequently I think we can create an action on that repo that automatically syncs the fork via an Action such as https://github.com/marketplace/actions/fork-sync.
