Ubuntu+Chrome, 浏览器代理设置失败。

问题描述：浏览器代理设置一直不成功。根据帮助文档，一路设置下来，仍然无法正常使用。所使用的系统是Ubuntu-15.10,Google-Chrome，我之前有在用Lantern。并且修改过hosts文件。

你之前用蓝灯是用插件修改代理的吗？如果是，直接将8787端口改成8087就行了。
如果提示非私密链接，说明证书没成功导入，按这个方法导入，名称路径自己替换：

sudo apt-get install libnss3-tools
sudo certutil -d sql:$HOME/.pki/nssdb -A -t TC -n "goagent" -i /home/XX-Net/data/gae_proxy/CA.crt
