[v1.0] Daily songs are not limited to 3 per day #197

In the original game, daily songs were limited to 3 plays per day.

Correction proposal :

Limit daily songs to 3 per day.

N.B. : During week-end, 3 songs are available, each can be played 3 times.

999 try was the setup for the game closing. Implemented a rotation on the old pools without play bonus, changing each week.
