Onload does not support linux-4.19; Onload requires linux>=5.11: https://github.com/Xilinx-CNS/onload/blob/master/README.md#compatible-linux-kernels-and-distributions
Onload does not support Chinese military distro Kylin, and I doubt that AMD will put any effort into such a support. Well, such a support may happen accidentally (it is Linux, I hope, so generic Linux support may work for Kylin).
As far as I know no Onload developer understands Chinese, so it would be nice to attach gcc errors with LC_ALL=C. It is not important in this case - here you're using unsupported kernel.
