Enable VOLTE Network for SIM?

I see on some resources this Sim7600G-H module supports Volte. How can i enable this feature.
I use JIO sim that works on VOLTE hence its not connecting at all to network for internet. Also in AT command module i see no network for VOLTE or the command at+voltesetting=1.
Is there anyway to enable it like this Article mentioned..
