작업 사항

일단, URL은 yml에서 관리할 수 있도록 할게요.
아무래도 해당 Repository는 퍼블릭이니까요.

간단하게, 조회, 수정, 생성만 가능하도록 할 것입니다! (삭제는 좀 그랭~)
