Disregard but for those in the future when this happens the reason was it thought the system was doing an upgrade and not a new install, I had to close out the tab and restart it.
I was installing this on HostGator and got this:
WARNING
Message: Use of undefined constant DB_VERSION_REQUIRED - assumed 'DB_VERSION_REQUIRED' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP)
File: /install/index.php
Line: 121
URL: https://www.XXXXXXXXXXX.com/install/index.php?mode=upgrade
PHP-Version: 7.4.28
PHP-API: litespeed
Version: 2.8.1 (FILE)
Debug Backtrace:
#0 /install/index.php(121): errorHandler(2, 'Use of undefine...', 'FILEPATH ...', 121, Array)
#1 {main}
This ever happen before or any work around for it?
