Add nofollow/sponsored/ugc option for links

It would be nice to see a "nofollow/sponsored/ugc" option for links allowing the author to discourage search engines from following links.

Could be implemented under the "Open in New Tab" switch like shown here.

There is currently no option to include nofollow/ugc/sponsored links in WordPress without manually editing the HTML code or using a separate plugin.

There is a pull request for gutenberg open, but never made it to the trunk :(

This is currently roadmapped and included in 14.4 (expected the 23rd of June) with the exception for the ugc. This option was discussed and decidedly not included.
