Enhancement: Notifications

If a user has subscribed/favorited/follows a category, then whenever a new post is made, then this should show up as an notification to the user, similar to how it works on Facebook.

In the users "Favorites" page, where both post specific favorites (like now), but also favorite categories and users (follows/friends) are shown, the user can remove favorites (also like now). Additionally the user can change the notification settings:

• Notification (in website only)
• Receive Email (same as subscribe today)
• Receive in Daily Email digest
• Receive in Weekly Email digest

The user should also be able to subscribe newsletters from this page (outside of this issue).
