Add extra hashtags #24

To boost findability in the Fediverse, it would be great if we can add extra hashtags at the end of a toot.

Example:

Tweet text. news-link.tld

[#news #politics]

It could be added to t2m for example like this:

--hashtag news --hashtag politics
