In the debian platform_family, in attributes/host_tuning.rb, 'kvm-ipxe' should be changed to 'ipxe-qemu'.
kvm-ipxe was in Ubuntu 12.04, was changed to a transitional package pointing to ipxe-qemu in 14.04, and doesn't exist in 16.04.
It appears like it was always ipxe-qemu in Debian, at least back through Wheezy.
Small change but happy to make a PR if you prefer.
