Running the latest debian VPS install script completes successfully. In addiotion to the "openmptcprouter_config.txt" file, with all of the keys and ports listed, the above file is also generated. How is this supposed to be used? Is there anything that needs to be done with this for wireguard to function? Or is all of the relevant info retrieved via the vps-admin api?

It's the configuration for external wireguard client you can add to the VPS, it's not yet documented. You can ignore this file.
