День добрый. Сегодня 22.01.2020 сервер фиас недоступен. Можно ли добавить проверку чтобы приложение не лежало в такой ситуации?
requests.exceptions.HTTPError: 502 Server Error: Bad Gateway for url: https://fias.nalog.ru/WebServices/Public/DownloadService.asmx?WSDL
