Describe the bug

LDAP integration for Lychee would be most excellent.

Currently, this cannot easily be done as the upstream Lychee project does not yet have LDAP support. There's an open issue in Lychee: [Enhancement] LDAP authentication
#324. And there is an implementation in the Lychee-LDAP fork by 'hfr'. But unfortunately an attempt to integrate the two failed due to attitude issues: it looks like those developers were unable to work together and so someone else will have to do it.

Therefore perhaps consider this issue a place-holder, blocked on Lychee: [Enhancement] LDAP authentication #324.

Context

  • YunoHost version: 11
  • Lychee version: 4

Expected behavior

After installing Lychee in YunoHost, Lychee should use YunoHost's SSOwat user accounts instead of its own system.

closing as LDAP doesn't seem to be supported upstream
