Hi there,
we're unable to use ZigBee interface with Z-Way server.

Assumptions:

  • Z-Station ZigBee interface (seen as USB1) uses the latest ZigBee firmware version zigbee_EFR32MG21A020F1024IM32
  • Z-Wave interface (seen as USB0) is working like a charm with Z-Way Server and even with ZWave JS UI.

What we tried.

  • with a Raspberry Pi, we used the "official" Z-Way server SD Card image of Raspbian Buster including Z-Way software and various other tools from here. After the installation Z-Way is working fine with Z-Wave interface (configured as USB0) but there's no way to make USB1 ZigBee interface work;
  • with Mini PC with Debian, we tried to run Z-Way server with Docker: exact same behaviour;
  • with a Mini PC with Home Assistant OS, we tried to run Z-Way server as addon: same exact behaviour;
  • with Mini PC with Debian, we tried to run ZigBee2MQTT server with Docker using ZigBee interface as explained here: no way to make it run.

We also tried:

  • flashing Multi-protocol Zigbee/Thread firmware to give a try to Silicon Labs Multiprotocol (as an HassOS addon or a Docker container app): there's no way to make it work, application is unable to use USB1 interface.

Please help.
Thanks
