I wonder how to create the figure 5 mentioned in your paper. from the code in check https://github.com/dykuang/Medical-image-registration/blob/master/source%2Fview_dice.py, I wonder how to obtain the "dice_before_ver6.npy" and other npy file as shown in the attached screenshot.

We only used the label information in its annotation part to aggregate the categories in the dataset label.
