Improve backward compatibility to attach working in subfolder

Wikidocs internally define the root location based on htaccess and wiki config file like (/), but at this time won't work well, and if we have 2 wikidocs 1 - http://example.pt ( root folder), and 2 - http://example.pt ( root folder/wiki folder), the internally converter won't convert very well Rewritebase / to /datasets/documents/, and if we want to pass wikinotes from 2 wikidocs 1 on subfolder on root and another on root won't work. We need allways edit this urls manually.

4. File name on this folder
   Show: Wiki Error 404 - https://example.pt/wikidocsdev/markdown-hacks/admonitions---wiki.pdf

5. File name on this folder with /
   Show: Not found 404 - https://example.pt/admonitions---wiki.pdf

For now it's fine, and it can wait for version 2 because we won't know if base structure will change #227.
