In #8746 we temporally changed Zebra to use the current main branch of librustzcash for zcash_primitives and zcash_protocol. This was needed to have NU6 support.

Before the Zebra release, we need to go back to a crates.io released version of the crates, which will include the NU6 support.

This is blocked until The zebrad and the zcashd do enough testing using the main branch and decide to release.

Note that in #8746 we did changes to deny.toml that will need to be removed when doing this upgrade.
