Commercial License

This Commercial License ("License") is a legal agreement between ZeroPass team ("Licensor") and the individual or entity ("Licensee") that has paid the required license fee for the software.

1. Grant of License:
   Subject to the payment of the applicable license fee, Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-bearing license to use the software in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

2. Payment:
   Licensee agrees to pay Licensor the agreed-upon license fee in exchange for the rights granted under this License. Payment terms and methods will be as specified in the invoice or payment agreement provided by Licensor.

3. Restrictions:
   Licensee is prohibited from:
   - Redistributing or sublicensing the software in any form.
   - Attempting to derive the source code for the software.

4. Support and Maintenance:
   Support and maintenance services may be available to Licensee under a separate agreement with Licensor. Such services are not included with the purchase of this license unless explicitly specified.

5. Warranty and Liability:
   The software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall Licensor be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.

6. Governing Law:
   This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By accepting this License, Licensee acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms and conditions set forth herein and agree to be bound by them.
