The URL on page 43, https://dev.office.com/docs/add-ins/excel/excel-add-ins-javascriptprogramming-
overview, does not work.

Thanks for letting me know. I will fix it in an upcoming update.
The correct URL should be: https://dev.office.com/reference/add-ins/excel/excel-add-ins-reference-overview
