It's not clear how Zorin Connect is different from KDE Connect and why a Zorin OS user would prefer to use the former over the latter. Can it be explained in the Readme?

As far as I know, there are no differences other than branding stuff. I use KDE Connect with Zorin OS 17 as Zorin Connect is outdated and causes problems.

You can use KDE Connect on other distros, so I guess Zorin Connect can also be used without Zorin OS. Just give it a try :-)
