能否支持超链接 siyuan:xxx?url=xxx 打开新页签。方便任意链接以新页签打开，适合做moc。
当为挂件块的块菜单时，网页视图下增加子菜单：复制挂件页签链接。如：siyuan://plugins/webview?url=http://127.0.0.1:10101/widgets/drawio/?id=20240422235625-wc84u6v........
