Ask for default execution type (docker / local) with RIT INIT.

What would you like to be added:

• When executing the RIT INIT command, I would like the user to choose what default execution type he wishes to configure on Ritchie. With a simple explanation of what each execution type offers (advantages and disadvantages).

That way :

• if the user chooses DOCKER, to run local command he would have to use the --local flag.
• if the user chooses LOCAL, to run docker command he would have to use the --docker flag.

Why is this needed:

• I believe it would be clearer for the user, and would help him understand what default configuration would be more accurate / useful to his profile. It would also help introducing execution type to users that won't take a look at the documentation.

Suggestion

• Wouldn't it be interesting to install DOCKER during the INIT if the user doesn't have it but wish to use it ?
• It would also be interesting to have a command to change the default execution type afterwards (RIT CONFIG or something like this) to allow the user to update its config whenever he wants.
