Add support for 7pace activity checks

The 7pace Timetracker has its own system to stop tracking after a certain amount of time.

Add an optional implementation of using the 7pace activity check instead of the plugin internal one.
This check will send an activity notification to the 7pace API in a user defined interval to notify the system of activity.
