Dear developers,

First, thank you for making the code open to everyone!

Second, I am developing a similar Python application for congenital hearing loss and I would like to implement the PS4 rule.

Which is:
PS4: "The prevalence of the variant in affected individuals is significantly increased compared with the prevalence in controls"

Grateful to let me know how you have created yours PS4 file, in order to create the same annotation for my disease of interest.
