一般的な環境で動くようにdocker-composdocker-compose のバージョンを3.7 から3 に変更する。
現にUbuntu18.04 LTS の公式リポジトリから落とせるdocker-compose では動かず、技術書典7 で出版する書籍のサンプルコードが動かない。
