Build a small version to just work on the VM

Can exclude:

Complex data types (ints only)
Good error messages (panics everywhere)
Complex Syntax

Must have

Time travel Debugger
Bytecode VM
Functions
Controll Flow
Maybe Lists

I'm not sure if this should go in this repo or somewhere else.
