Vice City's original droplets does not work when I set neoWaterDrops to 0 in latest version. When it should to work since skygfx code hooks it without activating neoWaterDrops until I set it to 1, 2 or 3. Original droplets only show up when I set neoWaterDrops to -1 for now. See this fixed in the next version or some hotfix would be nice.
