Incorrect power flow on out of service lines to isolated bus #24

In the attached case the two lines from bus 1 to 3 are out of service and bus 1 is marked as isolated. However there is power flow on the lines and in validation view they are marked as red.

Hi Ali,

Thanks for the example. I can confirm this is indeed a bug.

They key point is: if status is set to 0 on a line, then the power flow and angle difference constraints should not be checked.
