Handle null pointer exception in Link after Pull (Selective pull) for issue 227 (#228)

1. Refactored opening of selective pull wizard after link from
abapgitview to abapgitwizard

2. In case the linked repository is not retrieved, do not go ahead with
trying to pull it, raise InterruptedException.
