app.py fails to create folders /app/lars_storage #33

I have followed all the instructions and when I run the script app.py I get the following error:

python3 app.py 
Failed to create Base App Directory, encountered error:  [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/app/lars_storage'

Same thing happens when I create the required folders manually inside the web_app folder.
