Tests from EventTest are falling

Some EventTest tests are falling due to changes how Events are rehydrated. Issue was introduced here. Firstly, it was designed to throw an exception if event doesn't exist or has constructor parameters, later it was rewritten to just return null. Test are still written to expect exception.
