API changes Apr 2015

Before our stable release, we agreed to make a few final amends to our client library APIs to improve consistency and reduce ambiguity.

The token related changes are breaking changes, so we need these changes to be rolled out for this client library ASAP as we intend on migrating to the new API early next week. This means that this library will no longer be able to use Token auth when this change is rolled out.

• Token changes are documented in a single post in the Ably-js library. You can see these changes rolled out in the Java library, and in the Ruby library
• We have changed the API for PaginatedResource, although this is only a client library change so is less urgent. See PaginatedResource API change  ably-js#28 for a description of what was agreed, the changes rolled out in the Java library and the changes in the Ruby library
