The ZUGFeRD Data format license header should be supported.

Please note that there are at least two different versions:

• https://github.com/ZUGFeRD/mustangproject/blob/master/validator/src/main/resources/ZUGFeRD_1p0.sch (German only, version 1.0)
• https://github.com/ZUGFeRD/corpus/blob/master/XML-Rechnung/CII/EN16931_1_Teilrechnung.cii.xml (German and English, version 2.2.0)

How This Feature will help you/your organization

ZUGFeRD is a German standard for electronic invoices. Starting in 2025, all corporations are required to be able to receive electronic invoices and thus work with the standard.

Add the new identifiers and possibly simple detection rules.
