Dynamic password requirement description text

I would love to have a feature where we have a description under the password field when logging in or registering. And the description is updated automatically based on the settings the user sets.

Now users just have to put something in and get a validation error after posting. I would be great not to have to hardcode it as I do now.

Just an idea.
