Deleted the version argument logic since you've implemented your own.

  • But added Head request network optimisation.
  • And timeout feature to sweep deadlinks faster.

All changes are in the WebLinkChecker.cs file

Some other minor changes

  • Edited Readme file to add a Version argument guide
  • Added launch settings json to git ignore and deleted it off the repository, So that others may edit their own properties when they debug on their own system. (plus the existing one had my customised launch settings)
