Citation parser for editor

Advanced Citation Parser can be added to edit page of article as well. It will be very useful for editors especially when authors skip the parsing or do not pay attention.
Or at least, instead of entering the citations one by one, it can be added as a whole. Then advanced citation parsing, paracite service or other services can be used.
