The "Cybersecurity Governance Council Participation v1" task is listed as a required task on the ACCESS-integrated Services roadmap, and it seems to indicate operators of ACCESS-integrated services should participate in the governance council. But the description of the council says
Membership in the CGC will consist of a representative from each RP and Track and an ex-officio member representative from the ACCESS Coordination Office (ACO).
So there doesn’t seem to be a role for operators of ACCESS-integrated services who are not also part of an RP or ACCESS awardee. So I wonder if this task should not be in this roadmap? Or should be optional if it's allowed but not required? Or the description of the governance council should explain what role operators of ACCESS-integrated services can play?

The task description also lists “Cyberinfrastructure Requirements for ACCESS RPs v1” as a prerequisite, but this roadmap isn’t about ACCESSS RPs, so I’m not sure why that’s applicable here?
