The current development environment involves a convoluted mix of manually setting environment variables, running a specific IntelliJ IDEA run configuration, and running MinIO for local object storage.

We should create a unified development environment - ideally with a single docker-compose.yaml file or something similar - so that developers can easily develop the server.
